Entertainment creative agency based in Hollywood is looking for a Social Community Manager to work alongside Strategy, Social and Digital creative teams, brainstorming concepts, copywriting, moderating, managing and growing social footprints for high-profile clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to):
The Community Manager will create editorial calendars and manage daily content for campaigns, working closely Strategist, Account Executive and clients
Interact with and engage users to grow and build social community, optimize and recommend content adjustments to further the clients' goals
Moderate and manage all posts and assigned pages, routinely checking for spam and objectionable content
Must have a full understanding of social platforms, including but not limited to: Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat
Analyze and report on campaign insights on a weekly basis, in conjunction with lead Strategist
Brainstorm and assist in the creation of stunt concepts, strategy for upcoming projects
Collaborate closely with internal teams, communicate effectively and proactively on needs, ensure all stakeholders stay informed
Participate on weekly status calls with the client and report on community progress
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 3 years experience managing and participating in online communities for entertainment properties
Must have a passion for social media and online communities from both a marketing and user experience perspective
Must be able to write and think creatively with quick turnaround
Unafraid to both ask questions and make recommendations
Strong project management skills with an emphasis on prioritization and multiple project organization
Excellent communication skills, both online and in person
Strong awareness of pop culture (TV, music, web), social media trends and ever-changing world events
Must be able to read and analyze social data and analytics, and communicate findings effectively
Must be proficient in Google Docs, Slides and all office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work outside of regular business hours/weekends, as needed
Fluency to speak and write copy in Spanish with nuanced understanding a +
