The Role
We're seeking a strategic and well-connected Agent to join our team. This role sits at the intersection of talent representation, brand strategy, and creative partnerships. You will represent high-profile artists, develop meaningful collaborations, and drive long-term strategic opportunities across industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent a select roster of talent, acting as their primary advocate and connector.
• Identify and develop brand partnerships, licensing deals, and cultural collaborations.
• Negotiate contracts and structure agreements that align with creative and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with talent and internal teams to shape strategic career and partnership plans.
• Oversee partnership execution, coordinating stakeholders across legal, production, and brand teams.
• Maintain a sharp understanding of cultural trends in music, film, fashion, and art.
Profile:
• 3-5+ years in talent representation, brand partnerships, or entertainment.
• Established network across brands, creative industries, and cultural institutions.
• Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value deals.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Strategic mindset, cultural fluency, and a proactive approach.
