Dynamic and long-established entertainment company is looking for a experienced and enthusiastic International Sales Coordinator to join their team. This organization is one of the world's leading international sales companies for theatrical, television and home entertainment.
Reporting to the head of Sales, this is a ''hands on'' position that requires an energetic and efficient individual who is self-motivated, organized, dependable, with excellent communication skills, and able to oversee numerous functions.
Responsibilities include:
• Entering and maintaining several databases including FilmTrack and contacts.
• Coordinating meetings, schedules and calendars for sales executives.
• Film market and event coordination.
• Ideal candidate is ambitious, resourceful, articulate, professional, with a college degree and 2+ years of sales experience in the film industry.
Requirements Include:
• College degree in Film/Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2-3 years of international sales experience in the entertainment industry, preferable in film sales and distribution.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in FilmTrack Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and ADOBE.
• Excellent written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills.
• Flexibility and being a self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Must be detail oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills.
• Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, demanding environment while effectively meeting deadlines.
• Ability to work in multi-tasking environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, highly analytical and a problem solver.
