This is a role within the Corporate Team. Candidates should have a strong interest in People Ops, BD, or Finance within the Entertainment industry.
Initial Responsibilities
- Support Office Experience Manager with a variety of administrative aspects of the office
- Coordinate with Office Experience Manager to ensure a productive office workflow
- Receive, greet and announce visitors appropriately
- Answer, screen, and forward all incoming calls
- Manage general email handle and disperse accordingly
- Monitor all conference room scheduling needs using EventBoard software
- Manage all shipping and mail (outbound and inbound)
- Help maintain all inventories
- Manage orders from various venders
- Help manage day to day of NYC interns
- Handle A/V requests and troubleshooting as needed; occasional IT troubleshooting
- Support Experience Manager with ad hoc projects and requests
- Input accurate and timely expense coding for Experience Manager and COO every month
- Manage complex and ever changing calendar for COO and BD
- Arrange domestic and international travel for COO and BD
- Assist with administrative tasks for COO and BD
Ideal Candidate
1+ years of professional experience (previous reception / assistant experience is preferred)
Interest in People Operations and/or Corporate Team
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Motivated self-starter skilled in multitasking, time management and strong organizational skills
Extreme attention to detail
Humble, diligent and resourceful
