Sample Duties:
- Receptionist: Answer/Filter telephone calls to office of 25 co workers; greet guests with world class hospitality
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary and onboard new hires to the office
- Liaise with facility property management including security clearances for new hires, visitors, clearance for vendors, cleaning companies, catering, etc.
- Purchasing and maintaining stocks of office supplies, furniture and equipment, tracking and reporting spending to Finance
- Create and maintain pleasant work environment including creation and execution of office events and activities
- Ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety
- Shipping international/domestic items
- Run office errands/tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven 2 year experience as an Office Manager
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & Word) and MAC
- Familiarity with scheduling tools-Hands on experience with office machines/apps/etc.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills most important
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills-strong organizational and planning skills
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
- Must be able to work in a FAST-PACED start up environment
