A well-known brand marketing agency is looking for an outgoing, well-spoken, and very adaptable Receptionist/Executive Assistant. The primary role of the Receptionist/Executive Assistant would be to provide general office support and management with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, as well as provide administrative support to one of the Co-Founders of the company. A ''can-do'' positive attitude is a must. Ideal candidate must be able to handle heavy workflow in a growing business. Day to day responsibilities may include, but are not limited to answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, greeting and directing all visitors, coordinating deliveries, maintaining overall office cleanliness/presentation, ordering and maintaining supplies for the office, managing employer's schedule, scheduling meetings/calls, coordinating travel logistics/expenses, and contributing to team efforts as needed. To be successful in this role, you should be outgoing, proactive, organized, meet deadlines and communicate effectively. Ideal candidate should have skills in customer service, communication, organization, office management AND an interest in celebrity/influencer branding, marketing, and/or strategy. This is a full time, permanent position for a Receptionist/ Executive Assistant and compensation will be based on experience. Official work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:30pm, although you may need to be accessible and responsive outside of those hours in order to manage workflow.
