Full service Audio/Video Post-production Company with facilities in San Fernando Valley, CA looking for a receptionist/client services/admin assistant rolled into one! Position is full time, will require a flexible schedule to meet the daily changes in our studio schedule and will require some overtime as needed. A car is also a required (insured w/CDL-mileage reimbursed) for any errands/runs for clients/studio as needed.
DESCRIPTION: RECEPTIONIST/ADMIN ASSISTANT
This position requires someone who WANTS to learn and who is a hard worker. We will train you into our daily grind, but you must be a quick study and be ready to jump in. Excellent verbal and written communication and exceptional interpersonal skills required. MUST have a friendly and upbeat personality with professional phone manner and etiquette and the ability to MULTI-TASK. You will deal directly with our clientele, taking care of their needs while they are here at our facilities. This will include: coffee runs, faxing, copying, keeping our craft service areas well-maintained and stocked at all times and other areas of the studio. Assisting with production coordination on projects such as; scheduling talent, assisting with organizing files and production payroll, as well as assisting in other departments as needed. A POSITIVE and upbeat attitude is needed for this position as you deal with many people and personalities.
Computer skills: MS Office, Word and Excel (All computers are MAC based). Previous accounting and/or post-production experience are a definite plus!
Position will start immediately and is ENTRY-LEVEL with possibility for advancement. Previous audio/video post-production experience or related industry experience a plus!
