Los Angeles based marketing creative content agency seeking Project Coordinator to join its team. This role will be a part of a three person team, tiered Producer, Junior Producer and Project Coordinator. Must have 2-3 years experience in production and post production. Experience working for a content company or agency a plus.
Reports to: Producer, Executive Director
Responsibilities:
• Working with the production team to ensure all client production needs are met, including call sheets, production reports, transcripts, crew, accommodations, etc.
• Working with the post production team to ensure all client post needs are met including deliverables, assets, etc.
• Managing project deliverable deadlines to meet client expectations
• Overseeing, tracking and managing logistics of all team assigned projects from start to finish
• Working with the Junior Producer and Producer to ensure all client needs are met
• Responsible for ensuring the Project Coordinator in Post has gathered the appropriate assets for all creative pieces including but not limited to graphics, fonts, music cues, etc.
• Working with the Editorial team to ensure all requests have been made and deadlines are being met
• Management of Producer's and Junior Producer's schedule for production and post production projects
Requirements:
• 2-3 years experience working in production and post production
• Ability to handle a fast paced environment
• Ability to respond after hours for important, timely or urgent matters
• Team player who operates in a fast paced team oriented setting
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Mac savvy including knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Working car with insurance
• Cell phone
