Seeking experienced Production Manager to join office PM team. PM will work alongside Line Producer to manage multiple projects for small NYC based production company. Networks include Food Network, Cooking Channel, Travel Channel, & HGTV. Must be local to NYC. Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a PM and have experience working both in office and in field, as some travel may be required. Ideal candidate will have experience juggling multiple projects at once; should be detail oriented; extremely organized; able to work efficiently and quickly in a fast paced environment; and be able to work independently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: booking crews and securing any necessary gear needs; payroll; assisting Line Producer and Show Runner with managing a small team in office and crews of 20+ people in field; handling high profile celebrity talent; meals and crafty; call sheets; ensuring safety protocols are in place; managing release process; etc. Gig has potential to go long term as needs of the company are growing and ever changing.
