Our office is a fun and casual but fast-paced environment; we are looking for someone with experience in film/TV production and post production. Must be highly organized and independent, but also able to work as part of a team and be flexible. You will often be dealing with multiple projects at once, so attention to detail and scheduling are very important.
Responsibilities:
Create, track, and manage project timelines for pre-production, filming, and post
Liaise between clients, directors, and editors
Manage deadlines, delivering final products to clients
Create transcripts and cue sheets
Research and prep upcoming projects
Track and code purchases via purchase order logs
Arrange travel for clients and crew
Location research
Sourcing and coordinating gear and equipment rentals
Requirements:
2 years production experience
Detail and deadline oriented
Strong knowledge of production and post production processes
Experience dealing with high profile clients
Experience making wrap books and decks
Familiarity with production budgeting
Familiarity with timecards and production accounting is a plus
Understanding of production and tax paperwork is a plus
Writing, editing, photoshop skills a plus
