Rapidly growing Production company looking for a seasoned Production Coordinator to help with day to day projects in Development and Production. The position will be 2 to 3 weeks, with potential for a longer term hire. MUST BE LOCAL TO LOS ANGELES, CA, and have experience as Production Coordinator, all else need not apply.
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
- Have experience working in the field/on set of reality shows
- Strong communication skills; written & verbal
- Ability and willingness to take and follow direction from Production Manager and EIC
- Ability and strong knowledge in creating callsheets, production reports, crew grids, etc
- Ability to assist in managing staff & crew
- Experience fully prepping & wrapping a production/series (show binders & electronic files)
- Ability to assist in managing staff & crew
- Experience coordinating with vendors
- Strong logistics & technical background desired
- Works well in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable and willing to work long hours
- Ability to multi-task & work independently when required
- Must be self-motivated
- Highly organized
- Budget Management Savvy
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
• Assist in tracking costs, generating PO's, and managing all CC and Petty Cash related expenses
• Create and distribute call sheets and schedules when in Production
• Help oversee coordination and all aspects of shoot and Coordinate crew /production personnel
• Ability to work in a high pressure environment facilitating all staff, crew, and guests need.
• Work with Finance, Legal, Creative, Talent, and Editorial teams to execute production shoot and support production logistics
• Help book production equipment and rentals, production locations, and other production vendors if/as necessary
• Help prepare and update production schedules, call sheets, and PR reports
