Job Description
Looking for a personal assistant for Marketing Agency CEO to help manage day to day tasks.
The personal assistant will be responsible for supporting the CEO and marketing team. This is an entry level position, a great opportunity to be mentored by an experienced professional and educator.
Most of the work will be related to marketing and production, including personal chores and driving.
This position starts as part time but for the right person can become full time in a short time.
The ideal candidate for this position is a self-starter who can work well in a fast-paced environment. This person must be punctual, trustworthy, discreet and polite, comfortable working in a home office with a dog.
Requirements:
- B.A. or B.S. degree strongly preferred
- Team player, strong people skills, positive attitude, and loyal
- Mac Proficient
- Excellent grammar with strong proofreading skills - experience in copywriting a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, follow through with a project, be organized, and change course of action quickly and with accuracy
- Detail oriented with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Effective communicator, both verbal and written
- Ability to be proactive, resourceful and flexible
- Ability to take initiative and work with limited supervision
- Reliable car, California driver license and good driving record required
- Must have a working laptop
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
- Be willing to have a flexible schedule
- Passing a general background check
