Entertainment Law firm has opening for an experienced (5+ years) seasoned transactional entertainment paralegal to handle various tasks and to work on a variety of matters for film and television talent clients (e.g., drafting clearances/releases for clips of photos of actors used in documentaries, etc., reviewing long form talent agreements for actors, writers, directors and producers, etc.), mechanical license agreements, photography and video production agreements, master use licenses and non-disclosure agreements. Must be familiar with Guild rules (SAG, WGA, DGA).
