Part Time Paid Internship
A boutique Management company is in search of a part-time intern (junior manager) to support the team. Prior experience at either a talent agency, management, or casting agency is not required although a bonus. We're in need for a self starter with a diverse working background. Candidate must have experience, and comfortable, with taking initiative.
Required Duties:
• Creating email pitches/packages to support pitching clients to casting
• Casting directors, production, agent and client interactions
• Audition appointments & scheduling
• Coordination with talent agents
• Breakdown/Brief submissions (including Casting Networks and Casting Frontier)
• Client schedule management
• Networking at industry events (once health restrictions are lifted)
• Desk coverage & rolling calls (if in-office)
Strong Bonus if experienced with any of the following (please indicate in cover letter)
- Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, etc
- Proficiency with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Creator Studio, Iconosquare, etc
- Management of Social Media accounts & promotion
Hardworking hustlers only. An ability to adapt and hit the ground running on day one is preferable. Position will start with an introductory/training session, with a potential Winter Quarter start of January 25 to April 9, 2021.
Based on performance, a continuation the internship position in following seasons may be available. Position may be performed remotely but must be based in Los Angeles Metro Area (OC, IE), New York, or Atlanta. Interviews & onboarding will be performed remotely, with a one day in office training.
• Strong plus for candidates with knowledge of InEntertainment and Breakdown Express
• Strong plus for candidates with experience cold emailing/calling brands and agencies
• Strong plus for candidates with experience working with union/SAG contracts
• Strong plus for candidates with Microsoft Office knowledge (excel, word, powerpoint)
Company can and will provide work space & cover overhead, if desired (once health restrictions are lifted).
