Part Time Paid Internship
Great opportunity for current college student looking to enter the entertainment industry
Celebrity transformation expert, producer, entrepreneur, and author is seeking a part-time paid administrative intern for her company, TV/media events, and appearances (Los Angeles locals ONLY). This is an amazing opportunity to grow, learn, and expand your knowledge while making a difference for those who have been pushed out by society.
Duties:
Associate producer duties for developing docuseries - take care of production documents, shoot coordination, and scheduling
Help manage and hire interns
Send sponsor reach outs
Keep updated log of sponsor reach outs and follow ups
Assist in coordinating posts, photo, and video shoots
Basic video editing knowledge
Provide editing notes
Track and organize all assets - know how to format and organize a hard drive
Plans, coordinates and ensures executive's schedule is efficient and is followed through
Works closely and effectively with the executive to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Helps design and coordinate television segments
Works with social media and other interns to coordinate posts, photo and video shoots
Manages a variety of projects
Training will be provided
The candidate preferably would have some experience in the programs/ tools/ environments listed below (though we can provide some training):
Canva
Google Drive
Social Media Platforms (Instagram)
Wordpress Website/Blog (Basic understanding of Interface)
Vimeo
Qualifications/Requirements:
Knowledge in production and/or show development
Able to research entertainment industry trends and other information
Owns a laptop
Must be professional, responsible with a high level of integrity
Must be able to work well under deadline pressure
Respectful and punctual
Can-do attitude
Very organized
Reliable Transportation
Working hours are Mon - Fri from Sherman Oaks office
Able to wear many different hats and multi-task, able to handle changing priorities and adapt quickly
This a secure job position of 6 months minimum with option to extend
