Full Time Paid Internship
An award-winning documentary production company based in New York City is searching for a dual administrative/development intern. This is an almost 100% remote position, but it will require in-person errands around the city.
We are looking for a hardworking, personable candidate with strong writing abilities and a passion for unscripted film and television. This role will involve tasks such as scheduling and calendar management, travel arrangements, contact sheet updates, and more. The role will also require a flexible, fast learner, who can support the production team in a variety of tasks such as development research, script conforms, media pulling and editing, and more.
Whilst we are a remote company, we operate a Manhattan-based storage unit of equipment and work with a post-production facility. This role will need to be New York based as there will be errands such as storage unit runs, hard drive transports, FedEx shipments, and other similar tasks to attend to.
The ideal intern should be proactive and able to adapt to a quickly changing slate of needs as we have many projects in both development and production in the non-fiction space. This role is best suited for an organized, communicative, individual who is interested in becoming an executive assistant.
The internship will run from early October through December 2022. Although, exact dates are flexible on a case-by-case basis.
