Freelance Job
We are a small production/post production company specializing in EPK/marketing/home entertainment content. We are looking for an office/production coordinator. We need someone to help keep our office in shape as well as work with our current coordinator on project management. Our company loves to hustle and hard work but we also know how to have fun.
Office Assistant Duties
- Answer phones
- Set up and receive deliveries
- Maintain and purchase office supplies
- Maintain and purchase office food/drinks
- Prep/purchase food for client meetings and occasional office meals
- Schedule appointments/meetings and maintain calendar for the office
- Book travel for staff and track travel costs
- General filing and organizing of paperwork
- Run office errands
- Maintain contact lists
- Keep office organized (keep things tidy and looking nice - occasionally help move furniture/boxes/equipment)
- Help maintain company's social media
Production Coordinator Duties
- Proof documents
- Assist producers
- Create production reports
- Coordinate production shoots and make call sheets
- Post cuts for clients on wiredrive
- Track status of all projects
- Manage vault/hard drives
Qualifications
- 1-2 years previous industry experience required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Be professional and keep documents and projects confidential
- A strong knowledge of word, excel, power point and keynote
- Be flexible and ready to help out as needed
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve with little supervision
- Be organized
- Must have a car
- Knowledge of g-suite/google drive a plus
- Knowledge of social media a plus
- No egos allowed
