Full Time Job
This job is entry level paid, full-time (50-65 hours/week with weekend hours as needed).
Primary responsibilities include:
- Maintaining databases (experience with FileMaker is a plus) and filing
- Run errands for the principal and the company (coffee, lunch, crafty, etc.)
- Maintain office supplies, communicate with vendors, prepare expense reports
-answer phones in a professional manner
-business attire required (no jeans)
Must have prior office experience. You will interact with individuals and companies from all facets of the industry, so you need to have a professional and pleasant demeanor along with absolute discretion. You must be comfortable taking the initiative to solve problems, prioritize tasks and operate with minimal supervision.
Mandatory Requirements:
- A car, driver's license, insurance and valid registration (mileage is reimbursed)
- Proficient in Mac/Apple products, Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, FileMaker, dropbox
Experience:
• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
• FileMaker: 1 year (Preferred)
Education: Bachelor's (Preferred)
Salary: Salary: $15.00 /hour . Paid time off
