Boutique Entertainment Marketing Firm seeks full time Executive Assistant/Office Manager to President of the company.
Job requirements:
• College Degree
• Strong writing skills
• Must be able to multi-task with the ability to juggle numerous responsibilities and assess priorities with ease.
• Professional demeanor, as a liaison between company, clients, and the studios.
• Some lifting/packing/carrying of client products.
• Team player! Be willing to chip in when someone needs a hand.
• Right hand to President of IP. Responsible for all of her executive emails, travel arrangements, etc.
• Oversee and run the agency's day-to-day operations. General office duties (answer phones, order supplies, etc.)
• Represent and execute client/brand integrations, product placement, and sponsorship for film, television, and online channels.
• Handle clearance contracts directly with television networks and marketing teams.
• Handle client event participation for entertainment studios and/or productions.
• Payment collection on outstanding invoices.
• Petty Cash
• Generate quarterly, monthly, yearly financial reports for clients; client contracts renewal.
• Read scripts for product placement opportunities for film, television, and online content.
• Create PowerPoint decks for clients and potential clients.
• Support company Film and Television Managers on their projects.
• Review all promotional and sponsorship contracts.
• Maintain International Promotions website.
• Social Media - Help in formulating social media strategies for clients using Facebook and Twitter.
• PowerPoint, Wordpress (training available), and Social Media a plus.
