Office Manager - Full-Time
Overview: Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness, efficiency and safety. Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, office and employee culture, streamlining administrative procedures, overseeing office employee relationships, and collaborating on company employee policies.
Energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and able to work independently with little supervision. Well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people.
Responsibilities:
• Point person for all functions and duties connected with office administration
• Maintain office policies and employee records
• Create and organize office operations and procedures. Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
• Responsible for collaborating with company partners on recruiting staff for the office and providing orientation and training to new employees
• Provide general support to the company partners
• Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organized, correspondences are controlled, filing systems are designed, supply requisitions are reviewed and approved.
• Participate actively in the planning and execution of company events
• Work with partners to evaluate and manage staff performance. Liaising with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals. Supervising staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback
• Planning and monitoring the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress
• Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Ensure that the company runs with conformity to established regulations
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth in collaboration with company partners.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
• Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
• Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
Requirements:
• Proven office management and administrative experience
• Knowledge and experience in entertainment practices
• Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures
• Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and people skills
• Knowledge of AR/ AP systems
Experience: 3-4 Years in Office Management and/or HR and Operations
Education: Bachelors (Required) or Masters
