Emmy Award winning reality production company in need of new Office Manager.
Tasks:
Manage heavy-volume phones. Manage office assignments for 150+ rotating employees. Handle building/parking access key cards. Maintain an active/archived employee roster. Greet, assist, and announce all visitors. Maintain conference room calendars. Submit maintenance requests to building management. Order all office and kitchen supplies. Send companywide emails about need to know subjects. Operate as a liaison between building management and our EVP of operations regarding building related issues. bring mail to the mailroom every day and distribute mail. Help organize office events.
Qualifications:
At least 1 year experience in a production office as an intern or office PA. Or 1 year experience as an office manager in any type of office.
At least 1 year experience with customer service.
A high school diploma or GED.
A driven, can-do, no task too small, positive attitude.
A calm demeanor under pressure.
Ability to problem solve quickly.
Start Date: Potentially January 2nd, if possible. We are looking to fill this position quickly!
