This position is an integral part of our team, ensuring that all aspects of production (administrative, minor pre/post production, etc.) run smoothly. There is room for growth for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Be the pleasant, professional, first impression of the office
• Filter and manage incoming calls; correspond via e-mail with clients and vendors
• Receive and distribute letters, packages, etc.
• Provide administrative support & note-taking for various projects
• Schedule meetings and make travel arrangements
• Maintain the office schedule, communicating daily meetings and priorities
• Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
• Arrange corporate lunches, birthdays and office-wide events
• Order office and kitchen supplies; keep kitchen and office supplies stocked
• Manage, supervise, and update intern program
• Monitor the functioning of office security systems and asset safeguards
• Keep office organized and presentable for clients and staff
• Assist with all ad hoc office requests
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail; hyper-organized, type-A, motivated personality
• Professional phone and e-mail etiquette
• The ability to adapt to situations of frequent responsibility and focus change
• Self-starter who identifies and improves the workings of the company in addition to responding to specific requests
• Applicants must be experienced with MS Office, Mac OSX, iWork (pages, numbers, keynote)
• Bachelor's Degree and valid Driver's License required
Experience:
• Knowledge of Film/TV industry preferred
• Knowledge of graphic design or social media management a plus
• Film/TV production experience a plus
• Freelance office PA experience a plus
