Beverly Hills Talent Agency seeks a full time Office Assistant. Candidate should be detail-oriented, with strong computer
skills, excellent communication, organized and able to multi-task. Professional phone manner, good people skills, able to prioritize.
Responsibilities will include heavy phone coverage, manage all incoming deliveries, edit actor reels and self-tapes. Compile and
organize weekly appointments. Print and deliver paperwork for daily meetings, submit clients for roles through online databases,
various administrative tasks, going on runs and serving as back-up support to Assistants.
Bachelor's Degree and one year of relevant entertainment experience.
Office hours: 9:30am to 7:30pm Monday-Friday
