Responsibilities include handling heavy phones and scheduling, coordinating meetings and managing calendars for several executives, arranging travel, sales market and event coordination, assist in preparing marketing materials, database management, expense reports and general office administration. Ideal candidate is ambitious, resourceful, articulate, professional, with a college degree, minimum 2-3 years of administration or similar experience, Agency experience is preferred.
