Office and Employee Manager plans and implement's the company's employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. Ideal candidates will be able to maintain good communication and positive relationships with employees to promote satisfaction across the company. An ideal Office and Employee Manager will steer office administration policies and will guide departments managers and employees throughout the performance management and goal setting process. They will identify and analyze issues with office administration and employee relations infrastructure, and will provide recommendations for resolutions.
Requires a bachelor degree.
Will report to a managing partner and work in consultation with a third party employment and safety law consulting agency.
Has full authority to recommend personnel actions.
2-4 years related experience necessary.
1-3 years supervisory experience preferred.
