Of Counsel Attorney

This is a Part Time Job

Looking for a skilled and highly experienced corporate attorney for a part-time remote Of Counsel role. The ideal candidate has high-level experience and is either looking to supplement their own book of business as they grow their own business or simply looking for independent/self-directed work with a lower time requirement. The volume of work is not guaranteed but is generally at least 10 hours per month with the possibility of more if desirable.

Qualifications/Information:
• Minimum 8 years experience in a recognized law firm
• Corporate governance expertise
• Securities expertise
• Rate negotiable depending on experience
• Licensed in Delaware, New York or California
• Remote
