Seeking a Talent Manager who specializes in all areas of Music Management. This manager should be someone who is responsible and trustworthy, has strong leadership qualities and the mindset to be a team player. This is not a position for someone who solely wants to be Top Dog.
In addition, you must have an established client list and be actively building to that list. Ideally looking for people that are suddenly looking for a new home, due to the state of our industry. Candidates can be New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin, Nashville, New Orleans or Los Angeles based as this will be a remote position. Please note that this is not an entry level position. This is however a great opportunity for someone to build a department and be part of a company that is revamping.
The Ideal Candidate:
• Must have a sense of humor
• A seriously strong work ethic
• Working knowledge of Recording Contracts
• 4+ Years of Agency or Management Experience
• Great at building and keeping relationships
• Computer proficiency is a must
• Must be detail oriented and know how to take great care of artists.
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be knowledgeable of the players in the North American market
• Must be familiar with Microsoft products including Microsoft Teams
• Must be familiar with Zoom
• Must have experience with Live Touring, Scheduling, Production and Artists Development
• Must have experience with Marketing, Sales and Distribution
