Music Manager Assistant / A&R / Day to Day
Boutique music management company with three different artists signed to major labels / record label focused on developing artists. Currently looking for day to day music manager who can also balance admin work on the label side. The position will also involve assistant work both artist and manager facing.
Applicant must have at least two years of music industry experience. This position is not related to the film industry.
Ideal applicant graduated college in the last few years, is extremely organized, flexible, and has a positive attitude. Applicant must have a passion for music and the industry. Pending applicants performance, we hope to eventually evolve this role into a day to day position strictly on the artist side.

Please explain to us why you're the right fit for this job. This is not a typical office assistant job as it is a hybrid of many positions. The majority of the work will be focused on working directly with the artists pro-actively adding value as a manager, but also balancing label admin work, A&R roles, and assistant work across the board.
Tasks:
Assist management team in day to day needs
Assist artist in daily needs including scheduling, day to day needs, etc.
Help coordinate artist sessions and touring schedule
Looking for someone who can pro actively add value as a manager, pitch creative ideas, develop marketing plans, etc.
Deliver assets to labels, PR teams, lawyers, business managers, and agents as needed
Book team travel as needed and create itineraries
Create weekly release reports
Work with creative teams & managers to develop assets for artists (press photos, promotion videos, artwork)
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Passion for artist management with awareness of industry structure
Well versed in all social media platforms
Well versed in all major DSP's
Basic photoshop, all google doc platforms, invoicing, etc.
