Confidential music management company is on the hunt for a new assistant for top level manager based in NY.
Looking for someone to start ASAP.
Potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to Principals
• Maintain and organize heavy calendar scheduling, book travel arrangements & itineraries
• Take notes on phone calls and meetings
• Gather and organize digital music assets via Box
• Managing/maintaining websites and social media channels for company / clients
• Office management
• Attending shows, industry events and seminars as required
• Running errands and light personal work, as needed
Skills:
• Prior experience is strongly preferred
• Must have prior knowledge of music industry
• An innate desire to learn and grow
• Demonstrated organizational skills with superior attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• A positive problem solver with a ''can do'' attitude to everything no matter how big or small
• Not easily flustered by changes or issues
• Dependable, professional, have great people skills
• Able to work independently, follow through, double/triple check
• Working knowledge of Google Docs, Word, and Excel
• Basic Photoshop and graphic design skills is a plus
• Social Media savvy
