Busy literary management/production company seeks Executive Assistant to support two managers.
Duties include (but are not limited to) heavy scheduling, rolling calls, phone sheet maintenance, tracking submissions, invoicing, organizing incoming client payments, accounting, reading and evaluating scripts, etc. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent at multitasking, comfortable interfacing with high-level clients, familiar with accounting procedures, and passionate about various genres of TV. Previous desk experience preferred.
We are a small but busy office, with plenty of opportunity to be exposed to all aspects of literary management and production. We have clients working on network, cable, and streaming shows, and we produce dozens of films and TV shows every year. We like to promote from within, so candidates with an interest in management or development are encouraged to apply.
Support staff are currently working half from home and half from our Hollywood offices; applicants should be prepared to work both from home and in-office.
