Legal Asst. - Transactional/Ent. Boutique Law Firm
Boutique entertainment law firm seeking a strong transactional assistant with experience at a studio, entertainment company or law firm. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: rolling calls, calendaring, document formatting, editing, proofreading, time entry and general office support of two associates.
Our ideal candidate should possess the following:
A minimum of two years of experience at a law firm or studio preferably in the entertainment practice area;
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
Self-starter who takes initiative but also works well with others;
Ability to work well under pressure and assist attorneys in meeting their deadlines;
Organized with a strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work product;
Professional with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic;
Reliable and prompt.
