LABEL COORDINATOR/ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ROLE NEEDED
• Seeking a motivated self-starter to fill the role as an LABEL COORDINATOR for a full service artist management company + record label
• Duties / Responsibilities entail:
- Handling multiple calendars + scheduling. Expected to send out weekly & daily schedules every evening
- Scheduling team calls (internal + external) & taking notes. Expected to confirm calls & formulate agendas at least 24 hrs in advance
- Performing personal assistant tasks for all clients and executives
- Assisting Project Managers w/ extensive ongoing projects relating to any of the clients or development of the company as needed
- Create and implement procedures that help the office run more efficiently
- Order, document, and help set up office equipment requests
- Maintain company databases with current information
- Handle all shipments/mail related to the company & gifts to high level industry execs/clients
• Skills required:
- Self-starter mindset, able to work under minimal direction
- A proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented multi-tasker
- Persistence in following up
- Attention to detail
- Go-getter / hustler with a positive attitude
- Reachable by phone 24/7
- Able to work efficiently against tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, while understanding the importance of maintaining confidentiality
- Have a general understanding of how music releases are scheduled
- Strong sense of detail, organization, and design aesthetic
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure of multiple deadlines. manage multiple projects and expectations, and maintain a sharp focus while managing competing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A team-player attitude, willing to do whatever it takes to keep the office clean and organized
• 1-2 years previous experience as an administrative assistant at an artist management company or record label is preferred
• The right candidate is happy to take on strictly administrative tasks upon hiring, but will have a desire to grow within the company & take on more responsibility long-term
