High-level songwriting team and independent label is in search of a temporary Label Coordinator to provide administrative support to the operations, marketing, and artist teams for company wide objectives and projects. The ideal candidate is a competent written and verbal communicator, a great organizer, and practices a ''can do'' attitude.
[ Responsibilities ]
- Liaise with external vendors and partners providing written correspondence, outreach, administrative support, and project coordination as assigned and required
- Maintain the office calendar
- Coordinate travel logistics and bookings as assigned
- Provide general administrative support such as scanning, printing, and updating office databases
- Manage project record keeping and administrative filing quality assurance
- Purchase office items as requested and monitor the office budget and spending
- Monitor and order inventory for stocked office materials and kitchen accommodations
- Provide event planning support including managing guest list and coordinating artist accommodations
- Upload creative assets to marketing channels as required (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Vimeo, Website, etc)
- Develop content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter
- Prepare and fulfill store merchandise orders and outgoing office mailings and shipments
- Supervise all intern assigned office tasks for quality assurance and implement all internship program communication
- Correspond with vendors to retrieve and deliver any materials and assets as needed and requested.
- Record project highlights, achievements, and advancements as assigned
- Conduct market and target audience research as required
[ Requirements ]
- 1-2 years of related experience in a fast pace office coordination or administrative role
- Bachelor's degree
- Practice a ''can do'' attitude and work well under pressure
- Able to manage highly-sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent and effective written communication skills and attention to details
- Efficient organizational and time management skills
- Competent with creating spreadsheets and drafting letters using Apple Numbers, Pages, and Keynote or Microsoft Office
- Strong level of self-motivation and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to support multiple team members with excellent interpersonal skills
