Key Responsibilities

Roster Building: Scout, onboard, and develop a roster of emerging theatrical talent.

Submission & Strategy: Manage auditions, self-tapes, and submissions; you'll be the bridge between your clients and the industry's top casting directors.

Career Architect: Help clients refine their branding, marketing materials, and long-term career goals.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain your own network of casting offices, producers, and agents.
