This position is great for a junior publicist who is looking to learn and grow quickly into a publicist. We are a small boutique so we do a lot of work, but it gives the person the chance to learn and grow quickly.
We work on 10-15 clients at all times -- you would be onboarded to current accounts + future incoming accounts.
The person who had the position in the past, came on as an assistant, got promoted to junior publicist, and worked with us for 2 years before taking on talent of their own as a publicist and leaving to work on their own (which we love and strive to cultivate!)
We are a female founded + operated boutique firm that believes in empowering each other to fulfill one's best potential and help reach one's goals. We've groomed former employees to be ready for their next step and provided A+ references for those who wanted to move on (landing them jobs at Lede, and the like afterward). We value work/life balance, a respectful work environment and no employee is ''higher up'' than the other. Truly a team effort... good attitude is a must!
