Position: Junior Manager/Coordinator

This position will be responsible for supporting the management operations for an iconic music artists' estate, with an emphasis on overall team coordination, management, and organization across all facets of business - including marketing/PR, social media, merchandise, archives, partnerships, legal/accounting, etc. The ideal candidate will be a creative, intelligent, and passionate problem-solver and a ''can do'' driven team player. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining the ability to prioritize and multitask. Prior music industry experience is required, and a passion for/desire to establish career in music management is strongly preferred. The hope is that the right candidate will grow within the team to take on more ownership of tasks and projects as they progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage timelines and deliverables for short and long-term projects alike and communicating updates to wider team and stakeholders accordingly
• Oversee and/or participate in social media curation/execution, merch campaigns, marketing activations, fan engagement initiatives, among other management tasks
• Coordinate marketing and publicity, strategizing and analyzing marketing efforts
• Follow new technologies, promotional outlets, media partners and music trends, bringing new opportunities to the team
Skills Required:
• 1+ years in music management or music related field
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Basic skills with Photoshop and video editing are preferred
• A can-do attitude and problem solving mindset
• Availability to answer calls/texts/emails on weekends & problem solve if emergencies arise
• Demonstrable knowledge of music business and digital, social media, & streaming platforms
