Seeking an energetic and curious word detective and image sleuth. We are currently seeking a full-time researcher for a very busy advertising and film company. The ideal candidate comes from a journalism, research, or licensing background and has a hint of Nancy Drew or Sherlock Holmes. Are you intrigued by puzzles that make no sense and putting the pieces together logically? You should come from a place that embraces, loves, and understands pop culture and the way things move and shake out in the world. Can you take a creative phrase and find articles, facts, and images that bring the creative to life? You should understand how to craft stories and have experience digging for footage. You will be working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that continually changes. You should have experience or knowledge of footage, image, or content licensing, and be able to build a path to determine ownership of the content you find. Confidentiality and being discrete is imperative and you must stay calm under pressure. You will be working long hours and some weekends. You will be a part of a very dynamic and creative company that's rapidly growing and will get a 360 view of the entertainment industry. We're busy and demanding, but a lot of fun for the right fit.
