A confidential Digital Media Company is looking for an IT Manager to join our Technology team! This role is responsible for managing all IT activities within the organization. The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy, quick-learner that is eager to roll up their sleeves. This is a full-time opportunity in our Los Angeles headquarters.
Responsibilities:
-Implement and maintain systems and policies for the IT department to support the company's needs.
-Conduct research and recommend selection of IT equipment, applications and supplies.
-Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user workstations and related hardware and software to deliver solutions.
-Ensure all new hires are properly onboarded and educated of the necessary IT systems, policies and procedures, and all exiting employees are properly offboarded.
-Work with all teams and departments to understand what technologies they use and depend on and discuss with technical management when new solutions are needed.
-Track and maintain all IT assets including inventory of equipment in Office and Storage locations.
-Work with IT partners identify and complete tasks like expanding backup systems, network equipment, and audio-visual systems.
Qualifications:
-2-5 years' experience in IT supporting an organization of 100+ employees.
-Strong Mac OS knowledge, iOS and Android familiarity, and basic Windows use.
-Knowledgeable in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox browser use and extensions management.
-Strong attention to detail.
-Ability to keep strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive organizational information.
-Customer service background with the ability to interface with employees at all levels of the organization.
-Interest in creative software including Adobe, Avid, and live stream systems.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced start-up environment.
