A full- service talent management firm is seeking an intern to help assist the CEO of the company. Management company represents some of the top digital talent with substantial social media and online followings. Clients range from beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and travel influencers, to actors and musicians. With a talent first mentality, we tie the gap between traditional and digital entertainment, paving the way for the future.
Candidate must be extremely organized, have strong phone communication and writing skills, a self starter, resourceful, detail oriented and efficient. The ability to work under pressure and maintain a thick skin, multitask, and work in a fast paced environment is a MUST.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to general office duties, scheduling, booking travel, creating schedules for clients, manage calendars, coordinate photoshoots and events, make sure all deliverables for brand deals are being met by talents, etc.
This position is perfect for someone who is looking to grow in the talent management and brand partnership space.
We are understanding that this is an internship and are willing to work around your schedule.
