Talent Agency Virtual Internship available. Starting December - February. Three days a week in 4 hour blocks.
10am-2pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday
10am-2pm Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Yes, there is flexibility with your course schedule and this is 100% remote.
Must have computer with Internet. Basic Administrative Skills: Spreadsheets, E-mails, technical writing, database searching. Must be a fast-learner, be able to work independently, self-starter. Must be familiar with G suite. Ability to take notes, create technical documents, draft e-mails, follow up with clients, review casting notices.
Software needed: Skype, Gmail, Microsoft Office or Open Office.
What you will learn:
Day-to-day Agency Operations and Administration
How to be an Agent's Assistant
How to submit clients to casting directors
How to build relationships with production companies
How to research industry professionals
New client on-boarding
Talent Scouting
Social Media management and posting
Press Release Writing
Talent Marketing
Basic Script Coverage
Must have:
Computer with working wifi
Basic Business Correspondence skills
Willingness to learn and follow directions
Familiar with Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office Products
Comfortable with phones
College credit paperwork is accepted. This internship is also open to those over 40 who have been left out of the DEI mandates.
