PRODUCTION INTERN WANTED
Leading NYC Event Entertainment Production company is seeking a student for an un-paid production internship for our New York City office to support our talent department. The candidate is expected to be a self-starter who is highly organized and has the ability to manage multiple projects. The production intern will be working closely with our VP of Talent Development both administratively and creatively on events, sales, and talent management. This is an ideal position for anyone with good communication skills, file organization, and can work under extremely tight deadlines.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in bachelor's program in event management/production or related field
Proficiency with MAC & Google Suite
Good attention to detail with the ability to spot errors
Excellent PEOPLE skills a must. Candidate will be tasked with interacting with clients, vendors and other industry professionals.
Good communication and organization skills
Exceptional at drafting emails and quick with correspondence, ability to type at least 55 WPM
Time management, gatekeeping skills
Assist with other office work as needed
Availability at least 3 days a week, local to NYC
