Responsibilities
• Manage and create social media post as it relates to the entertainment industry
• Provide administrative assistance to the artist support team
• Assist with editorial projects and provide support to the content team.
• Proofreading files, basic copyediting, and draft writing of reports;
• Assisting with occasional event planning
• Work on special projects
Desired qualifications
• Knowledge of Microsoft office programs
• Someone who has a strong understanding of music trends
• Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, self-direct, and collaborate with a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Research, writing and presentation skills (oral and written)
• Preferred majors include, but are not limited to:
• Music Industry
• Marketing/PR
• Communications
• Business
• Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university as a student
• Must return to school in the Summer or Fall of 2020

• Gain familiarity with an office structure and entertainment industry knowledge through orientation / job shadows with staff members and attending staff meetings
• Intern will follow professional and safety standards by arriving on time, demonstrating active participation during weekly meetings.
• Developing Effective Communication & Collaboration Skills
• Gain familiarity of the Entertainment Industry
• Developing Entertainment Industry Technical/Creative/Business Skills
• Students build an Entertainment Industry Professional Network
