A prominent entertainment company is currently seeking an E-Commerce Manager. Candidates must be comfortable and capable of working with a team and independently. The candidate is responsible for all e-commerce sales, marketing, and promotion activities of an established international brand.
In this dynamic, fast-moving role, you will need to apply strong self-organization and time management skills while demonstrating pro-active initiation and follow through on all sales channels. The ideal candidate possesses a firm working knowledge as well as an established track record of marketing, promotions, and e-commerce as well as strong knowledge of urban/hip-hop, lifestyle & culture.
Roles and Responsibilities Include:
• Initiating, monitoring and overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing plans for online stores
• Constant communication with the team to provide regular updates on current status of online stores
•Handle operational activities and requests from multiple business and marketing units that impact sales on all ecommerce platforms.
• Develop customer insights to use to improve the e-commerce business
• Find customer insights in e-commerce data to share with product marketing to improve sales on all channels
• Perform other duties as assigned
How You Will Rock Your Role:
• Analytical and sense for attention to detail
• Strong writing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable in dynamic fast moving organization
• 2+ years of work experience in e-commerce with proven sales track record
• Must be familiar with reporting and sales metrics
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Degree qualified or equivalent experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SquareSpace, Shopify and all social media platforms
• Strong communication skills with the ability to write and present marketing plans to executives and management.
• Must be a self-starter with the ability to prioritize and effectively follow through under pressure and/or tight deadlines
• Ability to handle confidential information and interact with high-level executives
