Indie production company with twenty-five features under their belt is currently hiring interns to join their development team. Looking for candidates who are eager to get in at the ground level of an independent production company, without going through the corporate agency world. Hands-on experience, discussions with writers and executives, constant creative input. Job will require script reading, coverage, pitching, and discussions with our creative team on how to improve each project. Ideally, candidates would love character-driven and/or high-concept/genre films. We're a small close-knit team -- we're are looking for people with creative ideas, energy, and input on content.
The position is unpaid and can be taken for school credit. Film degree preferred but no professional experience required.
