Looking for an amazing Intern to Talent Agent at a bi-coastal agency.
Spring/Summer Semester of 2019, starts January 3, 2019.
Flexible Hours. 1 or 2 days per week. Must already be local to the LA area.
Our perfect candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, an eye for small details, a resourceful forward thinking mind, the natural ability to multitask, and be highly motivated!
About your role:
Assist Agent with all aspects of running their department efficiently
Communicating with Talent and industry professionals
Answering phones and emails
Manage agent calendar
Schedule meetings
Assist in casting
Submission of Talent to Castings using sites like LA Casting and Casting Frontier
Scheduling auditions, callbacks, avail requests, bookings, and other appointments
Skills helpful for your role:
Extremely detail-oriented and organized
Wonderful people skills
Superior work ethic
Professional
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Honest, reliable, punctual, diligent, and responsible
Knowledge of systems like LA Casting and Casting Frontier
Previous experience in casting, production, talent agency, or talent management preferred
or
working toward or have a degree within the entertainment industry preferred.
Great office, friendly, relaxed and passionate.
