JOB DESCRIPTION & PURPOSE: As a vital part of our intyde team, you will actively work alongside of the sales and design team to schedule and plan out project timelines set forth in contracts. Additionally, you will hire and staff jobs to meet job timelines and budget. Furthermore, you will help create the best experience for all who ''walk'' through the doors of our Company, whether that is via phone, email, or in-person. To be the consistent face and representative of the Company and our core values to all current and future customers, crew, and staff.
TOP 3 ROLES:
Manage all timelines and logistics for all projects
Hire and oversee staff for all jobs
Onsite lead installer and company representative for all jobs
ESSENTIAL SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
-2 years minimum Integrations Project Management experience required
-CTS and CTS-I Certified preferred
-Working knowledge of Audio, Video, Lighting, Rigging equipment required
-2-3 years experience in integrations industry preferred
-Mastered the ability to read and decipher blueprints and schematics
-Time Management: the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
-Strong customer orientation
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong team player
-Commitment to company values
-Leadership: demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others
