Temp Human Resource Assistant
Responsibilities:
• Streamline new hire orientations, observe online training for new hires
• Maintain employee physical and electronic files and conduct file audits as necessary
• Ensure recruitment efforts, post available positions on multiple job boards.
• Create, monitor and update job descriptions
• Schedule applicant interviews
• Actively source candidates from various job-boards, networks, websites and social media platforms
• Monitor and maintain applicant and candidate files
• Maintain the HR Database
• Organize offsite events for Interns, manage intern lunch coverage for the receptionist Assist employee's with correcting timecards, and advise payroll of changes
• Monitor completion of performance evaluations
• Review of all benefit invoices
• Support various members of the HR team on special projects as needed.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of HR experience.
• HR Certificate or member of any HR Association is preferred but not necessary
• 2 or more years' experience in full-life cycle recruiting preferred.
• Two or more years social networking experience using internet networking
• Experience with various payroll and benefit software
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Understanding of recruitment is required..Experience recruiting multiple positions simultaneously is valuable
• Paylocity experience and/or ADP experience is a plus
