Freelance Job
Prestigious and busy Production Consulting firm is seeking a driven and dedicated Freelance HR Specialist to begin ASAP. This is NOT a fulltime role, requiring a max of 20 hours/week.
Role:
* Build and run the People strategy (Recruitment, HR Operations, Development, Retainment, Culture) for your team and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure best-in-class execution.
* Lead business development operations, seeking to cultivate relationships with potential staffing clients in the entertainment space
* Partner with your clients and members of the People Operation team to run all key people processes (performance management, compensation, training & development programs, facilities, events, onboarding). Be a strategic and trusted advisor to the business that you support, a key part of the business leadership team.
* Make the outstanding leaders you support even better, every day, through providing guidance and coaching.
* Ensure a happy workforce, free to focus on what they do best, through providing any needed People & Culture support to your group, such as swift and effective resolutions to questions and issues.
* Coach employees to assist them in their development, career planning and resolving challenges.
* Help foster a culturally rich and diverse workplace.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years of People / HR experience. BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
* Business Development or Sales Experience a plus.
* Integrity: You understand how to handle confidential information and sensitive issues.
* Relationship Builder: You excel at forming strong partnerships with people managers and interviewers. You establish trust and build relationships. You regularly connect with people from all walks of life.
