This role is for a high-level operator and visionary who can lead with precision, execute at the highest level, and build the most disruptive entertainment infrastructure of the decade. You'll work directly with the founder - an industry leader known for spotting and scaling generational talent - to co-pilot the next wave of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Run and scale day-to-day operations across music management, publishing, and label divisions
• Architect and implement scalable systems to sign, build, and monetize artists, creators, and IP
• Lead deal-making across publishing, distribution, talent, partnerships, and brand ventures
• Oversee team operations, A&R, finances, marketing, and talent/client experience
• Build financial systems, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks to measure and optimize performance
• Interface with top-tier legal, DSPs, agencies, and global music/tech/brand partners
• Serve as the founder's trusted partner and strategic executor
You Are:
• A proven GM, COO, or senior executive from a leading label, publisher, or management company
• Fluent in both creative and commercial strategy - from deal tables to artist development
• A systems thinker with the discipline to execute and the vision to scale
• Connected, respected, and highly capable in high-stakes environments
• Committed to building something lasting, generational, and category-defining
Location: Los Angeles preferred
Salary/Benefits
$100,000.00
per year
Compensation: Competitive salary, performance-based upside, profit share, and/or equity
