Gaming Assistant -
This position is seeking someone who is detail-oriented, resourceful, responsive and a problem solver. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, can handle multiple projects and possesses the highest integrity with balancing both company and talent objectives.
Essential Functions:
Key administrative support person to our gaming department
Has a finger on the pulse of all relevant, new and historical gaming news
Assist with coordination of brand deals from the pitch process to contract coordination and invoicing
Track, recruit and suggest new and emerging talent for the gaming department
Maintain and update all talent materials and databases
Track all new and on-going projects
Work closely with our internal departments
Updating ongoing department and talent calendars
Formulating relationsips with new brands and talent
Assist with talent outreach and follow-up
Stay up to date with changes within the evolving gaming industry (talent, platforms, events etc.)
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of work experience, preferably in digital media, marketing, creative, or agency roles
Knowledge and understanding of the gaming industry required
Understanding of digital media and creative processes (design, video, product, data, etc.)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google (Sheets, Docs, Slides),
Familiarity with media and digital analytics tools a plus
